IvySell is a marketplace platform that allows sellers to list and sell digital products to buyers using cryptocurrency payments. IvySell provides the tools, hosting, payment infrastructure, and delivery systems. IvySell is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each person may only have one account unless explicitly authorized by the IvySell team. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.
Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, the accuracy of their product descriptions, and the fulfillment of their orders. Sellers must not list products that violate applicable laws in their jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of their buyers.
IvySell reserves the right to remove any product or suspend any seller account at its discretion if we believe a listing violates these terms or applicable law.
The following may not be sold on IvySell: illegal goods or services, stolen accounts or credentials, malware or hacking tools, personal data or private information, counterfeit goods, anything that violates intellectual property rights, and anything that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Buyers are responsible for sending the correct payment amount to the correct address within the payment window. Payments sent to the wrong address or in the wrong amount cannot be recovered by IvySell. Buyers should verify their order details before sending payment.
IvySell provides a dispute window for every order. After a product is delivered, buyers have 7 days to verify the product and open a dispute if something is wrong. During this period, the funds from that order are protected and the seller cannot withdraw them. This ensures buyers have time to check their purchase before the transaction is finalized.
If no dispute is opened within 7 days, the funds are released to the seller's available balance for withdrawal.
All payments on IvySell are processed via cryptocurrency on public blockchains. IvySell does not hold buyer funds. Payments go directly to platform-managed addresses and are credited to seller balances after blockchain confirmation.
Plan pricing: Starter costs $29.90 per month, Pro costs $49.90 one-time, Elite costs $69.90 one-time. Pro and Elite are lifetime purchases. Plan fees are non-refundable.
Commission: Starter plan sellers pay a commission on each sale. Pro and Elite plan sellers pay zero commission. Exact commission rates are displayed on the Pricing page.
Sellers can withdraw their available balance to a cryptocurrency wallet address at any time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the IvySell team. IvySell reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if there is a suspected violation of these terms or pending disputes on the account.
Buyers may open a dispute on any order within 7 days of delivery if they believe the product was not delivered or was not as described. Sellers are notified and have the opportunity to respond. If the parties cannot resolve the issue, the IvySell team will review the case and make a final decision.
Dispute outcomes are communicated to both parties via email. The IvySell team's decision on disputes is final.
IvySell assigns seller ranks based on completed sales. Ranks are automatic and based on lifetime totals. The verified badge is earned automatically at $10,000 in dispute-free transactions. Full details about ranks and verification are on the Seller Ranks & Verification page.
IvySell does not process refunds directly. Refund policies are determined by individual sellers. If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, the IvySell team may credit the buyer or take appropriate action depending on the circumstances.
IvySell may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse the dispute system, or harm other users. Sellers whose accounts are terminated may still withdraw any remaining balance that is not subject to an active dispute.
Sellers retain ownership of the products they list. By listing a product on IvySell, sellers grant IvySell a limited license to display the product title, description, and images on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
IvySell's own branding, logo, and platform design are the property of IvySell and may not be used without permission.
IvySell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IvySell is not liable for losses resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, blockchain network delays or failures, products that do not meet buyer expectations, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IvySell operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and through binding arbitration if necessary.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through in-platform announcements.
