No. Ranks are based on your lifetime total. They never reset. If you hit 500 sales and take a six-month break, you'll still be a Veteran Seller when you come back.

You can't buy it. You can't request it. You earn it.
The badge is awarded automatically when both of these are true:
1. Your store has processed $10,000 or more in total completed transactions.
2. You have no disputes that were resolved against you.
No forms, no waiting list. Hit the threshold and it shows up.
No. Once you earn it, it stays. It doesn't need to be renewed and it won't disappear if your sales slow down.
In normal circumstances, no. But if a dispute is filed and resolved against you, IvySell may review your account. If there's a real trust concern, you might be asked to complete a one-time identity verification to keep the badge.
If you complete it, the badge stays. If you choose not to, the badge may be removed, but nothing else changes. Your account, products, balance, and ability to sell are not affected.
No. The verified badge is earned through sales. No documents needed. Identity verification is a separate process that only comes up in rare cases after a dispute. Most verified sellers will never be asked for it.
You never need to verify your identity to use IvySell. It's only requested in rare situations when a verified seller's account is under review after a dispute.
One government-issued photo ID. Passport, national ID card, or driver's license. Nothing else.
All documents are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored. Uploads happen over HTTPS. Only authorized IvySell team members can access them. No third parties, no partners, no external services ever see your documents.
Reviews are completed within 48 hours, usually faster. After the review is done, all documents are permanently deleted within 7 days. No copies are kept, no matter the outcome.
You can also contact support at any time during the review to request immediate deletion.
Nothing bad happens. Identity verification is optional. If you decline, the verified badge may be removed, but your account stays fully active. Your products, store, balance, earnings, and everything else stays exactly the same.
No. Under no circumstances. Documents are used only for verification and permanently deleted after review.
