How do I buy something on IvySell?

Visit any seller's store page, pick a product, enter your email, and choose which cryptocurrency you want to pay with. You'll get a payment address and a time window to send the exact amount. Once the blockchain confirms your payment, your product is delivered automatically to the email you provided.

What if I don't receive my product?

Check your email inbox and spam folder first. If your product hasn't arrived within a few minutes of payment confirmation, visit your order page using the link from checkout. If there's still an issue, you can contact the seller directly through their storefront or open a dispute.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies are set by individual sellers. If you believe a product was not delivered as described, you can open a dispute within 7 days of purchase. The IvySell team will review the case and your funds are protected until the dispute is resolved.

What cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), and Tron (TRX).

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Buyers do not need to create an account. You just need an email address and a crypto wallet.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is automatic once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. For most cryptocurrencies this takes between 1 and 15 minutes depending on network congestion and the required number of confirmations.

Is my purchase protected?

Yes. After your order is delivered, you have 7 days to verify the product and open a dispute if something is wrong. During this period, the seller cannot withdraw the funds from that order. This gives you time to check everything before the transaction is finalized.

How do I start selling on IvySell?

Create an account, choose a plan, set up your products, and share your store link. Your storefront is live immediately after setup.

What types of products can I sell?

Digital products only. This includes serial keys, downloadable files, service-based products, and dynamic delivery via webhooks. Physical goods are not supported.

How do I receive my earnings?

Your earnings accumulate in your IvySell balance. You can request a withdrawal at any time to your cryptocurrency wallet address. Withdrawals are processed by the IvySell team.

What are seller ranks on IvySell?

Seller ranks are a reputation system based on your total completed sales. There are six ranks: New Seller, Rising Seller, Trusted Seller, Top Seller, Veteran Seller, and Legendary. Your rank is displayed on your storefront and helps buyers trust your store. Full details are on the Seller Ranks & Verification page.

How do I get the verified badge on IvySell?

The verified badge is awarded automatically when your store reaches $10,000 in total completed transactions with no disputes resolved against you. It cannot be purchased or manually requested.

What commission does IvySell take?

The Starter plan has a small commission on each sale. Pro and Elite plans have zero commission. The exact rates are listed on the Pricing page.

Can I customize my storefront?

Yes. All sellers can set a profile picture, bio, and organize products into groups. Elite plan sellers get additional customization including custom colors, fonts, and theme options.

Is IvySell safe?

IvySell uses AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, Argon2id password hashing, HTTPS everywhere, and httpOnly session cookies. All payments are processed directly on public blockchains. Buyer purchases are protected by a 7-day dispute window.

Does IvySell store my payment information?

IvySell does not store cryptocurrency private keys or wallet passwords. Payment addresses used for orders are managed by IvySell for transaction verification only.

What happens if there is a dispute on IvySell?

Buyers can open a dispute on any order within 7 days of delivery. The seller is notified and can respond. If the parties can't resolve it, the IvySell team reviews the case and makes a final decision. Both parties are notified of the outcome by email.

How do seller ranks work on IvySell?

Ranks are based on lifetime completed sales: New Seller (0), Rising Seller (1+), Trusted Seller (50+), Top Seller (100+), Veteran Seller (500+), and Legendary (1,000+). Ranks never expire or reset.

What is a Legendary seller on IvySell?

Legendary is the highest seller rank on IvySell, earned by completing over 1,000 successful transactions. It represents the most established and proven sellers on the platform.
